Matters Of The Heart – Decision: The Key To Change Part 1

Hello Everyone,

Believing God’s Word is a decision, and it’s a decision people don’t always want to make.  It takes effort to believe something you can’t see, or that your mind tells you is not so.  But it’s an effort that pays eternal dividends.  Click the "Send To A Friend" box on the left or Subscribe Box (Click Here)  and share these thoughts about

Not only is believing God’s Word a decision, but it’s a decision you must make every day, if you are to see the fulfillment of it in your life.  Sometimes that means you will have to believe when everything points to failure, and your flesh is screaming “it won’t work.”  You’re going to have to close your mouth and follow Jesus’ exhortation, Be not afraid; only believe (Mark 5:36) There are times when we must not allow our lips to give expression to our flesh and our feelings.  But, there are other times when, in order to change our situation, we must force our mouth to speak and declare what God says about it.

There exists what we call a confession of faith where someone believes God’s Word and makes his confession based on what he believes.  But, there is also a confession unto  faith, which is your continual confession of God’s Word, that will cause faith to loom in your spirit, so that you can make the confession of  faith and receive whatever you need from God.  Romans 10:17 tells us that ... faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

If you believe that God has more for your life and wants to take you to a higher level, make this confession with me now: Today is my day to move to a higher level.  I make the decision to strike down all fear and doubt and by God’s grace will begin to move more obediently in the calling He has placed in my heart.  If you said that with me and won't give up but will say it daily, then change is sure to follow.  And remember, friend, we're standing with you and believing God for His very best in every area of your life - and that includes your complete prosperity.

Until next week,

2 Peter 1:2  May God’s grace and peace be multiplied
to you through the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
