Have you ever heard the expression "rhema word?" "Rhema" is a Greek word meaning "the word spoken." A rhema word from God is a Quickening that takes place inside your Spirit Man. It is a promise from God or a scripture that comes alive to you by the Holy Spirit in your inner being, your heart. If you've ever been reading the Bible and had a scripture "Leap" off the pages and become revelation to you, that was a rhema word to you. To receive rhema words on a regular basis, you first need to know and believe that in every situation and circumstance of life, God wants to give you a word from Heaven. Then you need to Fellowship with the Father around His Word. In order for the Word of God to become revelation to you, it has to be Abiding In You. John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. This word "Abide" means to Remain. When God's words are Abiding In You, they can become revelation - not just mental or intellectual - knowledge to you. Then, when You Speak those words, they become Creative Words. Matthew 4:4 says Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Just as the natural man needs food and water, so the spirit man must be sustained by the Word of God. Until you become a Student Of The Word for yourself, taking it to heart, you won't walk in victory or deal wisely in the affairs of life as you should. If the Word is not real to you, tests, trials, problems, situations and circumstances will overwhelm you, but there is an answer for every one of them, as millions of believers can testify. The answer is "the abiding Word." When you receive a rhema word from God, you will know without a question that there is no situation, circumstance, problem or opposition of any kind that can keep you from receiving victory in everyarea of life. You are an ambassador for God, and the way you represent Him properly is by speaking His words into every circumstance you encounter. And remember, friend, we're standing with you and believing God for His very best in every area of your life - and that includes your complete prosperity.
