Hello Everyone,

This is Pastor Rick with a request that you click the "Send To A Friend" link, or Subscribe Box (Click Here)
on the left and make sure that any friend, who has wondered what God's grace is all about receives a copy of Understanding God's Grace.

In II Corinthians 12:9, the Apostle Paul tells about a serious problem he was facing that Satan was trying to use to bring him to his knees.  He cried out three times to God to remove it and then was given an amazing revelation.  God said, ... My grace is enough; it's all you need.  My strength comes into its own in your weakness.  The reason that Word was amazing was because it transformed Paul's outlook.  He had been given incredible revelations by God that could have puffed him up.  But now, he understood that the grace of God was an even greater umbrella over all those revelations.  Paul then goes on to say, Once I heard that, I was glad to let it happen.  I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift.  It was a case of Christ's strength moving in on my weakness.

So, just how does that affect us as Christians?  It helps us see that all the promises of God are overshadowed by something even greater than those promises, His Grace.  And here's a practical way to understand what that means.  Every promise in His Word is ours.  Not one of them will return to Him void where we are concerned, and His Grace will make sure that their timing in our lives will be designed to do two things, bring us closer to Him and mature us as believers.

The apostle Paul knew that he had two promises from God, the Sure Word from God that he had the Power To Speak to any Problem and know that it would be removed and, because He was now focused on God's grace, the assurance that the timing of the manifestation would be personally supervised by his Heavenly Father.

If you are ready to operate in that dimension of Grace, say with me, Father, I stand with Paul and quit focusing on the challenges in my life but focus instead on Your Grace and all Your promises to me that it covers.  If you spoke those words with me, you just made a heart declaration to let the Grace of God be sufficient for you.
And remember, friend, we're standing with you and believing God for His very best in every area of your life - and that includes your complete prosperity.

Until next week,

2 Peter 1:2   May God’s grace and peace be multiplied
to you through the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
